Chasing a target of 150 runs, India reached 151 for three thanks to Jemimah Rodrigues’ unbeaten knock of 53 runs off 38 balls, which included eight fours. Meanwhile, Richa Ghosh smashed an unbeaten 31-run knock off 20 balls, including five fours, to set up a match-winning partnership with Jemimah. Meanwhile, for Pakistan, Nashra Sandhu took two wickets and Sadia Iqbal was dismissed. Pakistan captain Bismah Maroof initially won the toss and chose to bat. Pakistan’s captain hit an unbeaten 68-run knock off 55 balls, hitting seven fours, as her team posted 149 for four in 20 overs. Ayesha Naseem, on the other hand, scored 43 runs off 25 deliveries, including two fours and two sixes. Radha Yadav was instrumental in India’s bowling attack, taking two wickets.
